A Media & Communications Training or Presentation Training or any other training
or professional service provided by Broadcast Media Services Ltd is considered
confirmed when a date or dates are agreed on which the service is to be provided.

A date can be agreed by the Client by telephone, email or fax to BMS.

By agreeing to a date or dates for the services to be provided means that the
Client agrees to issue a valid Purchase Order number for the work or to put in
place whatever it is they require to complete the payment for the services.

Cancellation by Client

Once a date or dates have been agreed then the rates for cancellation by the
Client are as follows:

Date minus 30 days = 25% of agreed rate
Date minus 14 days = 50% of agreed rate
Date minus 7 days = 100% of agreed rate

The application of lower rates of cancellation costs, the transfer of dates without
incurring cancellation costs or the postponement of dates without penalty may be
considered, where appropriate, at the discretion of Broadcast Media Services Ltd.

Cancellation by BMS

BMS accepts no responsibility for any losses incurred nor will it incur any
compensatory costs of any kind for any cancellations by BMS for whatever reason.
